Sometimes I go into Target and I come out with more than I bargained for. Case in point, this top. I know I should save my money for investment pieces, but this was so cute and decently priced. And it inspired this FOTD using Bite Beauty, Hourglass Cosmetics, and NARS.
I started off with my preferred primer, foundation, concealer, powder, and eyeshadow primer. My too-little-used Hourglass Visionaire Eye Shadow in Gypsy duo came out to play. It’s a gorgeous bronze-y/brown that looks different on everyone. Sometimes it can even look a little purple-y. The Hourglass eyeshadows are butter soft and go one so smooth and pigmented. I used the bronze part all over my lid up till the crease, and then the ivory shade from there up till the brow.
Then came my Hourglass Calligraphy Liquid Eye Liner in Indigo, a gorgeous navy blue, and a bit softer than black liner. Sadly, this has dried up a bit and applies a bit patchily, a disappointment for a pricey piece of makeup.
I saw all the gorgeous photos of NARS Guy Bourdin Day Dream Blush and completely caved. I searched one out before they were all gone. And look how pretty it looks.
To finish up the look, I wanted to pull from the bright coral of the shirt, so I broke out my Bite Beauty Luminous Creme Lipstick custom colors I had made. I actually combined 3 custom colors to get this, but you can try Bite Beauty High Pigment Pencil in Corvina.
