I know, I know, that post never materialized, but you didn’t think I’d leave you hanging on the dresses?! Here’s my roundup of the celebrity fashion from the Golden Globes 2015.
From talking with people on Facebook last night, I know that some of my faves were not that popular, but, hey, this is my blog. 😉
Let’s start with the good:
To be honest, I didn’t even know who Julia Goldani Telles was, but I just knew that I ADORED the color of her dress. I felt like, overall, there was a lot of blahness on the red carpet, and this Carmen Marc Valvo grabbed me immediately. (more…)
Speaking of Celebrity Fashion Lust…
I saw part of Emma Stone’s Good Morning America interview wearing this, and kind of died a little inside. It’s perfection. And she has the high-heeled version of the shoes I want. Just in a different color. I want Valentino to out fit me in my life, too!

You guys, I might be getting old, but I was pretty underwhelmed by Oscar fashion this year! Even the dresses that everyone else loved, even the ones that I liked, I wasn’t blown away by anything. Not really.
I really missed color! And even the dresses in color, I found the designs a bit “meh.” Sigh.
Good thing the show was hilarious enough to cure my disappointment!
The dress Amy Adams wore to the Screen Actors Guild Awards was everything her Golden Globes dress was not, for me.
When the cast got up on stage and I saw how this looked full-length…just stunning. I love how it’s classic and modern at the same time. And the bright blue color, j’adore! Especially with the red lip.
What do you think of this one?
Awards season is my favorite! Obviously, not for the awards themselves or the speeches, but THE DRESSES.
So here is a roundup of my favorites from this Sunday’s Golden Globe Awards, in no particular order.
Sandra Bullock in Prabal Gurung
Apparently I’m in the minority, but I LOVED this gown. Loved how interesting it was and the colors. And I thought she looked freaking stunning. Her makeup was flawless. I want every bit of it.
Like everyone else, I’ve fallen for Léa Seydoux. Now that she’s collaborating with Miu Miu, I’m even more smitten.
What’s more beautiful, the woman or the clothing?!

I’m tired of looking at my own face on here, so let’s look at Adele’s gorgeous face instead.
She is perfection
Which is even more perfect with that veiled fascinator. And this Stella McCartney dress has definitely been improved from the original version.
I just love how Adele always manages to look both modest and gorgeous in her choice of clothing. You don’t have to show a ton of skin to be beautiful.
What do you think?
In one word: Valentino. (And, okay, Florence Welch in Valentino.)
Can we get a closer look at the detailing? OF COURSE WE CAN.
What do you think? I personally ADORE it!
OHHHHHHH, OSCAR. Could this dress be any more divine?!
Never thought I would see Katy Perry in this category, tbh.
I did not watch the American Music Awards, but when I saw photos of Katy Perry in this Oscar de la Renta, I gasped. Retro ravishing. Yes, please!
What do you think?
I have a love/hate relationship with Jennifer Lawrence, but, like, I think I’d also want to be best friends with her. And I was one of the few people to immediately adore her haircut.
Her fashion trail on The Hunger Games: Catching Fire press tour has been sizzling, but I’m drawn to this pretty simple number by Proenza Schouler.
I think it’s the mod-ness of it, that appeals to me so much. I adore anything vintage-y. And those shoes don’t hurt, either. Phwoar!!
